Robert C. Dinsdale, MD
Otolaryngologist

Robert C. Dinsdale, MD, has been practicing otolaryngology and facial reconstructive surgery in Lawrence since 1990. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from Baylor University and completed medical school and postgraduate training at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. He has been board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and has been an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery since 1990. Dr. Dinsdale was the first facial plastic surgeon in Lawrence and has introduced new innovative procedures to patients in our area using a minimally-invasive approach. In addition to general otolaryngology treatment and procedures; he provides facial plastic and reconstructive surgery opportunities following the treatment of skin cancer or other facial trauma. In addition to medicine, Dr. Dinsdale enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, biking, and reading. He is a supporter of the arts in  the Lawrence community, as well as being an active member of his church.

Stephen L. Segebrecht, MD
Otolaryngologist

Stephen L. Segebrecht, MD, has been practicing otolaryngology head and neck surgery in Lawrence since 1984. He received his undergraduate degree here in Lawrence at the University of Kansas. He went on to medical school, also at the University of Kansas, receiving the Orr  Surgery Award and AOA (Alpha Omega Alpha) Award for his high marks. After completing an internship at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Dr. Segebrecht did his residency in otolaryngology head and neck surgery at the University of Utah Medical Center where he developed a focus for surgery of the ear. He has been board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and has been an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery since 1984. Dr. Segebrecht is the director of K2K (Kansas to Kenya), an organization that works in conjunction with several other organizations to achieve the Millennium Development Goals in Kenya. Dr. Segebrecht has made several trips to Africa providing medical care and implementing programs that help serve the local community. In addition to medicine, Dr. Segebrecht enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He is an active participant in his church and serves as a Boy Scout leader. He also enjoys spending time outdoors (hiking, canoeing, sailing, etc.) with his family.

Lee A. Reussner, MD
Otolaryngologist

Lee A. Reussner, MD and Director of the Kansas Voice Center, has been practicing otolaryngology head and neck surgery since 1994. He did his undergraduate coursework here in Lawrence at the University of Kansas, graduating with distinction. He went on to medical school, also at the University of Kansas, where he received his doctorate degree. Upon graduating from medical school, he completed a surgical internship and otolaryngology residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine in New York. He also contributed to research related to parathyroid gland function from the University of Rochester and on cancer and diseases of the immune system from the University of Kansas. He has been board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and has been an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery since 1995. Dr. Reussner is the director of the Kansas Voice Center and a member of the Voice Foundation; specializing in the treatment of voice and throat disorders/diseases, including cancer and thyroid disease. He is able to offer the latest minimally invasive surgical approaches for parathyroid surgery as well. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Being a music-lover, he is also serving on the Board of Directors of the Wichita Grand Opera. In addition to medicine, Dr. Reussner enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, and playing basketball.

Leo Martinez, MD
Otolaryngologist

Leo Martinez, MD, is the newest addition to Lawrence Otolaryngology Associates. He did his undergraduate work at Pittsburg State University and was a part of the Honors College. He went on to medical school at the University of Kansas, where he received his doctorate degree and honored in AOA (Alpha Omega Alpha honor society). Upon graduating from medical school, he completed a surgical internship and otolaryngology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. Dr. Martinez is board-eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. The scope of his practice includes all areas of adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat disorders. His special interest include treatment of allergy and sinus disease with minimally invasive image-guided endoscopic sinus surgery, obstructive sleep surgery and general head and neck surgery. In addition to medicine, Dr. Martinez enjoys spending time with his family and two sons, reading and traveling.

Tanya R. Robb, APRN
Nurse Practitioner

Tanya R. Robb, APRN, joined our practice in November of 2013. She received her undergraduate nursing degree at the University of Kansas, and then went on to graduate school at the University of Kansas Medical Center where she received her Master’s degree. Tanya is board certified in family practice. She previously worked for Lawrence Memorial Hospital in a variety of specialties, over 16 years. During her spare time, Tanya enjoys playing recreational adult soccer, as well as spending time outdoors, reading, and being involved in her local church. She is happily married with 3 children, and resides just outside of Perry, Kansas
